Feeling like fully recharging? This house for 8 people in Piriac-sur-Mer has all the assets for a family or friends' stay, promising conviviality, relaxation and calm. Only 100 m from the sea, it benefits from a privileged location, moreover it is located in a quiet area, close to the village and marina, sailing base, hiking and cycling routes, Lanseria and Sorlock beaches.
The house has a soothing green setting, from the garden you can enjoy a sea view, but you will also enjoy the heated swimming pool where you can relax in the sun while sipping a juice before diving into the pool to cool off. In the evening, you will also enjoy the terrace to savour good barbecue grills.
The interior of the house is not to be outdone. The living area welcomes you with its terracotta floor and beautiful ceiling height. You will find a welcoming lounge with its fireplace, inviting you to gather and chat. Then, the dining room, a more intimate space to share good meals. Finally, the kitchen is modern, its terrazzo floor giving it all its character. It offers you everything necessary for your culinary preparations: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
When evening comes, you can go and rest in one of the 4 bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor, with its beautiful blue, welcomes you with its queen-size bed. Upstairs, you will find three spacious bedrooms with a queen-size bed, providing comfort for a good night's sleep. You just need to choose your colour: blue, orange or beige.
A mezzanine is available if you wish to withdraw and enjoy a moment of reading.
Finally, on the ground floor, you will discover a shower room with an Italian shower, and upstairs, a bathroom with a white and wood-toned bathtub. Two independent toilets are also available.
