The property was very clean and close to downtown, with easy access to buses to all parts of the city. The property is as advertised, with an comfortable bed and bathroom. We did not hear much street noise or other noises while we were there, with the exception of new years Eve (understandable) and a heat pump located on the balcony that made a vibration that wasn't too bad and wouldn't be a concern in some seasons.The property managers were very easy to communicate with. They contacted me on WhatsApp beforehand to coordinate the time of our arrival and departure. I suggest watching the YouTube video they send before arriving at the apartment, since that contains some key details. The video is only sent to you that day so make sure you can open it.
