Appartamento finemente ristrutturato con pavimento in rovere e mobili di particolare pregio. Localizzato all'ultimo piano di un palazzo di fine '800, con vista mozzafiato sul centro storico di Arezzo, molto luminoso, a due minuti dalla stazione e nel cuore della città di Arezzo, con ristoranti, bar e negozi nelle vicinanze. L'appartamento può essere usato come open spase integrando il salotto allo studio oppure é possibile chiudere la porta scorrevole e trasformare lo studio in una seconda stanza da letto.

Imagine the perfect apartment: quiet, private, safe, beautiful views, super-convenient to transportation and cultural activities, sizable modern kitchen, updated bathroom, and comfy bed. Add to this an entrance within a covered loggia with a cafe and restaurant next door. All reasonably priced! At first I assumed the top floor apartment had no elevator, reflected in its low rental cost. Nope. Not only does it have an elevator, but it’s operated with a key that allows only you and other top floor residents access to that floor. I would give seven stars to this jewel of a space if I could!
