Ideal for families, couples, friends, or business trips, only a 2-minute walk from the casino and 1 minute from the lake, the city square, and the port. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the beautiful nature of Ticino in the midst of a center provided with numerous services, restaurants, and, beaches.
In close proximity to the picturesque city center, the apartment is located on via Cavour 2. To reach it you need to go to Corso Italia 6 and take two flights of stairs, right across from the restaurant Grotto Rialdo. It is also possible to reach the apartment from the lakefront through the charming alleys of the old town.
The apartment is just a minute's walk from the free public parking located on 'Corso Italia' 19. It is also within walking distance of the bus stop 439 'Corso Italia', which connects Campione to Lugano in less than 20 minutes, and the Melide railway station in 10 minutes.
