About this chalet rental
Three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse in Gunilla, complex located on the Duquesa Golf Course.
The house is set over two levels and also has a large roof terrace with all day sun and benefits from its own WiFi connection and hot and cold air conditioning throughout.
Downstairs there’s a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, a small toilet room and a large lounge with fireplace and direct access to the garden. The garden is furnished with table, six chairs and two sunbeds and there is also direct access to the communal swimming pool through the garden.
Upstairs you’ll find the three bedrooms and two bathrooms with stairs leading to the roof terrace furnished with plenty of seating options to enjoy the sun.
The complex has a communal swimming pools and there is parking outside for 2 cars. The complex is a 30 minute walk to the beach and supermarket and a 30 minute walk to the marina.
Communal facilities are subject to availability.

Spacious three bedroom property with excellent outside space and a nice communal area with a pool. Well equipped kitchen, good outdoor furniture, choice of sun/shade terraces. Solarium has excellent views and a generally quiet location. Room for 2 cars on the driveway. On the downside, the listing states “the complex is a 15 minute walk to the beach”…this is just wrong. Even walking at a strong pace, the property is a 30 minute downhill walk to the beach and probably longer for the uphill return. This was a huge disappointment as the stated location was a major factor in choosing the property. The pool area is nice and just a few paces from the back doors of the property. Disappointed that there were no communal sun loungers but it was pleasant enough sunbathing around the pool. The pool water did appear cloudy on certain days and there were clearly dirty areas at the bottom of the pool on the last few days of our trip. There was also a drain blocked underneath one of the pool showers which left a dirty puddle for the whole of our two week stay. Having said all that, I did enjoy the pool area! We had a boiler problem and a couple of lights didn’t work. The boiler issue was rectified extremely quickly although the lights weren’t addressed. We also realised on our last night that the oven didn’t work. Despite the issues, we largely enjoyed our stay and the property.
