Very friendly and caring host. The souterrain appartement is quite complete and comfortable, incl new airconditioning and microwave. The neighborhood is very quiet yet it is very close to the beach and just 10 minute walk to shops and the city center.
Be aware it is a souterrain appartement so without an outdoor space and there is less sunlight.

La posizione ê comodissima, sia per andare al mare (é a 50 metri) sia per andare in centro (12/15 minuti). La ragazza che gestisce la casa é molto gentile e disponibile. Comodissimo posto auto in cortile chiuso. Letto veramente comodo.
L'unica vera pecca dell'appartamento é che é in un seminterrato, quindi c'é un po' di freddo e le finestre sono piccole, potrebbe risultare un po' soffocante per soggiorni lunghi, va invece benissimo per soggiorni brevi. A mio avviso un po' troppo caro per essere appunto in un seminterrato.
