We were last minute booking, met at the door and instantly told to be quiet, we weren't loud, shown to a room on top floor, the loo and bathroom was on another landing,my son had bit of a shock in the morning as he went to the bathroom only to bump into the lady leaving the bathroom semi naked, we left at 6:30am , was shocked by all the extention leads around the room, it was As if a family member had just given up there room for the night,
