The space and the comfort. I didn't actually realise there was a small spare room, which my daughter loved.
The walls are very thin and the neighbours next door upstairs were extremely loud partying singing till 12am. Also, this is tight beside the train track, which we hot use to. Neither the hosts fault but might be a good idea to stock ear plugs.
Also, make sure you check the swimming pool open season..

L'appartement est fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire pour le séjour. Il y a des restaurants et des commerces à proximité. Le village est vivant et les gens de la résidence sont très sympas. Le logement est très propre et tous les consommables de la 1e nécessité sont fournis. . Globalement c'est le rapport qualité prix très correct. Surtout si vous venez entre les adultes.
Il est à noter que la piscine est fermée entre 14 et 16h, ce qui est dommage. La plage est vraiment à côté, par contre c'est pas forcément la meilleure plage du coin. Je précise également que le lit bébé qui nous a été fourni est le lit 1er âge, cad jusqu'à 12 mois maximum, notre fils de 19 mois a dû dormir par terre sur le matelas. La place de parking est extrêmement petite et très difficile d'accès, si vous avez une grosse voiture je conseille de se garer à l'extérieur, ce qui peut être compliqué en été.

Läget, jättenära havet och stranden. Fint poolområde. Bra utrustad lägenhet. Nära till matvaruaffärer och restauranger.
