The taxi from main train station to the hotel is only 15 Euros.
The hotel is very well located. The room is spacious and clean. We have a wall dividing the living with the room and there is also a kitchen.
We managed to check in on a weekend but i suggest to contact property via whatsapp a day before so that the check in (done via remotely) can be smooth and easy.
As mentioned, the hotel is nicely located. However, Verona is small, therefore, I suggest staying two nights will be adequate.
