Super close to the Eiffel Tower, very quick response from property owner upon arrival, it fit the needs for our family of five (including three teens), very quiet building and close to delicious restaurants and Patissiers!

The apartment was excellent. It exceeded expectation: comfortable, clean and nice. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again!
The only downside was the lift—it was extremely small and quite uncomfortable to use, especially with luggage. It’s something to keep in mind if accessibility or space is important to you.

Location was incredible...loved the building and gorgeous Lulu's downstairs! Totally quiet in the courtyard and even when a neighbor had a party, noise was fine for sleeping. Eiffel Tower views around the corner were stunning! Staff was accommodating for an earlier arrival and helpful, well appointed space for a short stay. TV worked great. Lovely to have the balconies.
Elevator is too small for most adults even with a small carryon suitcase, especially if claustrophobic at all. Only our 11 year old tried it, and he was happy. We carried everything up to the 5th floor, but once there, were happy. Only wish we could have had 2 keys to the space so we could have gone out in groups or a lockbox where it could be left at the door.

Gorgeous apartment, very aesthetic and clean. Very nice host. Location just few min walk from Arc de Triumph. I will definitely be back.
I didn't like being asked to clean and take out the rubbish after my stay. This should be a host's job and come in the price!
