Lovely layout. Perfect when holidaying with young children.
The floor was quite dusty and the area around the outside of the home had quite large nettles that I had to remove to prevent the children from nettling themselves

Very beautiful property. Clean and comfortable beds and sofas. Nice outside area also. And not far from the beach.
It was rather cramped in the living area. To book to use the leisure facilities is a faff.

Lovely property, everything we needed in the kitchen. Comfortable seating. Ideal having en-suite bathrooms. Good location. We walked to the beach each morning and also walked to Filey via the beach but walked back past the golf club as the tide was in
The key box needs some attention! Oiling? We couldn’t get in it. Our son, staying nearby, managed to open it with difficulty. I bruised my fingernail when trying to open to return keys. Heating instructions would have been useful so that we didn’t have to phone up.
Also had to make a phone call as not enough towels had been left. I think the mattress in the end bedroom needs replacing, we thought it was uncomfortable

Nice location if a little overlooked.
Liked the two bedrooms and bathrooms
Dusty, tops of lights behind doors.
Could leave some more cleaning products for wiping kitchen surfaces.
Asked for the two single beds made into a double didn’t happen. Luckily my friend happy to sleep on the single bed
