It is a nice modern, warm house, near to the pub, shop, swimming pool etc.
Although not dirty it could benefit from a deep clean eg food under bed and dust on skirting boards.

It was in a really good location.
No hot water for the 1st night. Whole property could do with a deep clean. Particularly the bathroom. Old toilet brush holder with fluid in bottom. Stained accessories and really bad stains on walls. Dirty floor. The cleanliness really let it down. Think it was expensive for 2 nights mid week off peak.
