Private Heated Pool- Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
$50 charge per day for pool heat, and must remain on for the duration of stay
Charcoal grill (Please provide your own charcoal)
Fully equipped Kitchen (Keurig coffee maker, please bring K-Cups)
Washer/Dryer (No laundry soap provided)
Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish.

Loved the townhouse and the location. Would have given it 5 stars except for 2 things: saw a big roach in the master bedroom, and the water pressure in the shower was very low.

We came in with 3 families with small children late at night. 11 people total. The house was not what we would consider clean. There was hair in the beds and the top bunks were not made. Not great for carrying in sleeping children. There was one dish towel and cloth and 8 bath towels total. The grill was broken and dirty. The pool was hazy. The only entrance in/out had a door nob that fell off every time you pulled on it.The showers did have soap dispensers, but all were empty. The house is a new build, so it was beautiful with nice decor and a surprising amount of room inside. Pictures actually made it look smaller. The outside however, was very small. Really not a bad place to stay, but we’ve certainly stayed in better for better pricing. Golf cart was nice. Great location. Bring EVERYTHING you will need because the house is stocked with next to nothing.I will say that the customer service girl was very nice when I called. They did send more towels, but the person to clean the grill never showed up. This company owns several properties on the island and while I appreciate the girl I spoke with, we will probably steer clear of renting from this company again
