Our condo awaits you at the Willows in the Lake of the Ozarks. Nestled in the 1 mile marker, this newly listed condo has room for 10 within the 3 bedrooms. You are close to many lake-side restaurants and bars…but far away enough for some quiet down time. You will love the view and privacy that this top floor corner unit provides! The vaulted ceiling and open layout will expand on the spaciousness of your weekend get away.
If you're looking for a party place, we are NOT the place for you! Absolutely NO bachelor or bachelorette parties allowed. Violation of this may result in early termination of your stay without refund. We are a quiet, family friendly community.

Quiet hours (10pm-8am).- loud noise violation will result in $150 additional fee.
Parking: Designated space (1 vehicle), additional non-marked spaces available near tennis courts. No trailers of any kind allowed.

Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry.

-NO Smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind allowed inside or outside of our home.
-NO Pets allowed
-NO Parties (Bachelor/Bachelorette, 21st Birthday, etc)
-NO charcoal, bonfires or fireworks allowed in the unit or development
-NO Glass of any kind in pool area and boat/swimming docks.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old AND stay at the house. If you are under the age of 30, a FaceTime conversation may be required.
Our condo is located in a quiet and beautiful cove. It is the perfect place for families to enjoy the lake for many years to come. We really appreciate you respecting our property, following the guidelines and treating it with the same care you would treat your own home.

This house was PERFECT for the amount of people in our group. House was beautiful, perfectly decorated, and clean. Check in/out process was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a great place to stay for our event! Very close to where we wanted to be. The place was easily accessible and great instructions on how to lock and unlock the door and where to park. It was very clean and cozy but super spacious! Held our group of 6 adults easily with room for more! It was a great experience and we will definitely be coming back! Thank you Ken and Karen for letting us stay!
