- a bright, open-plan living area with a large bay window, comprising a living room, dining room, office area, and sleeping area with a double sofa bed,
- a 50 cm ledge,
- a separate, fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm) and a desk area,
- two bathrooms, each with a shower,
- separate toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron, hangers,
- high chair, crib, baby bathtub, children's games,
- TV, stereo system, WiFi, books,

- parking 7 minutes' walk from the accommodation.

Wonderful view over the harbour and a great central location within easy walking distance of everything we needed. The apartment is a stylish conversion of the top floor of a 19thC building. The main room is stunning, there was a plentiful supply of electric fans and the two shower rooms were tiny with mirrors so low one had to crouch to shave, while the only lavatory was cramped and dark. The kitchen was well quipped, bedding and towels adequate and the place was not that well maintained, so that there was an empty space where there had been a kitchen extractor, the remote control for the Velux window didn't work, missing panelling in the lavatory. A set of instructios would be useful; we had to find things out for ourselves and never found the iron mentioned in the property details and only found the freezer by chance. All other things apart, we enjoyed our stay.
