About this house rental
This space is half of a duplex. But rest assured there is a separate and private entrance. There is no connecting door whatsoever between the 2 units. Guests will have private and full use of the indoor space and back patio.
My property, as most of the houses in the neighborhood, is an older home. It is a simple home with ample space for 2 people. The home is a good fit for guests who are looking for an alternative to staying in hotels while being in and enjoying San Antonio. It might not be a good fit for someone who is looking for a higher-end property with hotel level amenities.
Though simple, I want my house to be a comfortable and cozy place for my guests. I know traveling can be stressful and a comfortable home away from home is so necessary.
The house is on West Ave and Santa Monica. Please do a street view research prior to making a booking. This is an area where occasional neighborhood revitalization efforts occur.

I enjoyed the inside, it was comfortable and had everything i needed. The bed was a bit hard but okay for me. It is near a busy road and 7 miles from the airport but the noise didnt bother me as i live near a railroad.
