About this house rental
Birch Bay has been one of the Pacific Northwest’s hidden jewels with generations returning every year to make those special memories. This Beauty by the Beach is the perfect location for you, your family and friends to carry on a tradition or start a new one of making lifelong memories. Situated a mere 250 foot walk from Cottonwood public beach this property boasts a 180 degree view of the water. The entire home is yours to enjoy including deck, patio, BBQ, fire pit and more. The home is tastefully decorated with modern decor keeping in touch with the beach vibe. Three level home offers a comfortable way to sleep 10 people. The entry and middle level of the home has a spacious kitchen with all you need to prepare a light snack of full meal. The dinning table is great for meals or playing some of the games that are at the property but remember to bring your own favorite ones. The living area has a nice comfy sofa that makes out to a double bed. There is also a bedroom on the main floor with a Queen bed. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. The larger bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with a queen size bed. Downstairs in the lower level you will find a great area for getting together complete with pool table and comfy sofa that makes out into a double bed. There is also another bedroom with a Queen size bed. The lower level and the mid entry level all have great decks or patios for you to enjoy cooking on the BBQ, a fire ion the fire pit or blessing your eyes on one of Birch Bays awesome sunsets. The is lots of public beach so be sure not to trespass where you see Private Beach. The tide flats are perfect for harvesting clams, crabbing and having fun in the tide pools. Tide flats are for all to enjoy and not private. Complimentary WIFI is available during your stay. This property is no smoking and no pets.

Was a great place for a little getaway. We came from the East Coast to visit our grandkids and son and his wife. The kids aren't even 2 years old but they thoroughly loved running around the outside which was safe for them. The beach was a 30 second walk. Rocky and the water was cold ( from the East Coast, so there are plenty of beaches on Cape cod that have much warmer water lol) but great, especially for the young ones. The house was perfect for a family. Very clean and well stocked with essentials. The owner was very responsive the one time we reached out to them. I would highly recommend this house. We're very happy that we went.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation! Two families, nine adults - with four bedrooms and pull-out sofas, there was plenty of space for everyone! Close to the beach, coffee, restaurants and ice cream! We cooked big meals, played pool, finished a couple puzzles, relaxed on the deck, explored the town and beach, and enjoyed quality family time. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location at Birch Bay! Well supplied with comfortable furniture and beds. Close to the beach and a great area for walking. The four bedrooms easily accommodate 8 people.
