Flat located lower down, closer to the sea and without too many steps, 400 metres from a small sandy beach with restaurant. Ideal for relaxing, exploring the coast and the Var hinterland.

32m2 garden-level vacation apartment with 15 m2 covered terrace facing east, overlooking greenery with small sea view. Ideal for lunching, relaxing and enjoying the evening. Lounge area, table with 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs.
A small bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a dressing room for your belongings and luggage, a living room with a convertible sofa with 130x190 mattress. A cot for your baby with mattress, mattress protector and sheet.
Well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, plancha, picnic dishes, Krupps coffeemaker, washing machine...except dishwasher and freezer). Welcome products to start your stay (sponge, dishwashing detergent...) Bathroom with bath and separate toilet (shampoo, shower gel, soap). Linen and towels provided for your stay (2 towels per person, a bath mat + towels + 2 kitchen towels).2 fans. In the residence, ping pong table and petanque court. Games of boules and rackets in the dressing room, as well as a parasol, a beach tent and 2 small beach chairs.
Smoking outside only. Pets allowed under your supervision. Please bring your pet's belongings (blanket, basket, etc.) to avoid hair and odors on the sofa, bed and household linen.
