About this apartment rental
This bright, third and top floor flat with large private balcony will make the perfect home away from home while visiting Edinburgh. Situated in the middle of the vibrant Leith Walk, guests are within a short walk to a huge selection of bars, cafes, pubs, shops and international supermarkets.
The space is open and bright with lots of natural light and fully equipped for your stay.
Downstairs, you will find three double bedrooms, a family bathroom and an open plan living, dining, kitchen area.
Upstairs, the common area leads onto a hallway with a cosy bathroom, and a big double bedroom. From the bedroom you will access the large private balcony, with rattan furniture and views across Edinburgh and Fife.
The flat comes with a flat screen TVs upstairs and downstairs - Netflix included and an espresso machine.
Guest will have access to the entire property during their stay.
20 minutes walk to Princes Street and Waverly Station.
Great access to public transport - Tram stop (Balfour Street) and bus stop two minutes walk away.
10 minute walk to the new Edinburgh Street Food Market.
Pay and Display on-street parking Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.
Free on-street parking at evenings and weekends
QPark Omni is 15 minutes walk away and is £24 for 24 hours.
Apartment on 3rd/4th floor - so there are a few stairs to climb for the view.
We don`t have a lift.
