Die Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unkompliziert. Bereits Tage vorher habe ich mit der netten Besitzerin schon per WhatsApp geschrieben.
Diese übermittelte mir auch die Daten und den Code, um an den Schlüssel zu gelangen.
Die Unterkunft war wirklich wunderbar. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Man hat sich gefühlt, als wäre man bei Freunden.
Viele Sachen waren in der Unterkunft schon vorrätig wie zum Beispiel Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Duschbad, Shampoo, Öl zum Braten, und vieles mehr.
Die Unterkunft ist für mehrere Personen ausgelegt und es gibt zwei große Schlafzimmer.
Der Balkon lädt wirklich zum entspannen ein.
Man kann dort wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge bei einem Glas Wein oder einem Ouzo genießen.
Zu jeder Tageszeit war die Vermieterin erreichbar.
In Fußnähe gab es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Es war oftmals etwas schwierig, ein Parkplatz in der Nähe zu bekommen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ;-)

Maria was a fabulous hostess. She answered all of our questions about the area months before we arrived and during our stay.
The apartment was very comfortable, decorated nicely, modern, with every amenity we wanted, plus the kitchen was well stocked. The location was quiet without noise from neighbors.
The View is excellent, and the balcony wraps around the apartment.
Entrance to the lobby was very easy with an electronic key fob.
The bus stop was at the end of the street. The last stop was at the port of Pireaus. There, you can get ferry boat service to many islands or take the train into Athens right by the Acropolis. The stop is at monasteracki.
There are abundant restaurants on the one-way street by the water. It is a short walk to the Kritikos grocery store with all the supplies you would want.
There are two different street markets during the week in the area. One features domestic goods, clothing fabrics, and household items. The market goes on for perhaps 30 to 40 blocks. The other market features fruits vegetables olives beans fresh fish, and all types of fresh food options. That market also goes on for many, many blocks like the other.
The host Maria responded immediately to our questions months prior to our arrival. Maria answered us promptly through messaging, even calling us when she felt a conversation was a better way to communicate. She arranged for extra towels or sheets that were needed. They were delivered very promptly.
If you have small children, the apartment has many safety features, so they can't get out on the balcony or access things that they should not.
The bathroom is modern and has a washer and dryer, which is a great bonus for your stay. We found all of the detergents or cleaning supplies available for us to use.
The cost for the rental we found was a great value for all it had to offer.
We had a rental car and were able to do park fairly easily on the main one-way street by the water.
Everything was wonderful - no complaints!

Всё было просто прекрасно! Очень дружелюбный и общительный хозяин, всегда готов был помочь. Вид из окна просто волшебный, камера не передаёт всей этой красоты. Кондиционеры были во всех комнатах, кроме одной, но там помогал вентилятор, так что это не стало проблемой. Остались только приятные впечатления от проживания!
