Everything, Space of the room, the inside and things on the inside.
The yard is not covered, because we dont know the place you get worried if your car stays outside.

Friendly staff and she manage the place well and keep it clean.
When we arrive had to stand outside the gate till we got verified, the Uber drop us off with bags in hand luckily it did not rain. Even after verified she still want to check while we are standing outside.
Also, you only get a key for your room not the main door and the gate. That can go wrong both ways, it limits your coming and going special if planning on going out at night when you use e-hailing it's a safety concern.

It had old furniture and linen
The carpets in the bedroom. I suffer from allergies so I can't deal with fitted carpet.
