Die Größe des Apartments, alles modern eingerichtet. Eigentlich wie auf den Fotos. Parkplatz! Lage super. Kaffeekapseln für die Maschine, sowie Grundausstattung Gewürze etc. Netflix

Das Apartment ist ziemlich verwohnt. Einige kaputte Sachen (Lampe im Schlafzimmer, Fliegengitter im Wohnzimmer, Wäscheständer, Geschirr, Waschtisch im Bad). Außerdem war leider nicht gut geputzt. Küchenschränke verschmiert und klebrig. Töpfe nicht appetitlich. Wir haben das Kochen vermieden. Im Gefrierfach lag noch eine Packung Eis vom Vormieter oder als Begrüßung, wir wissen es nicht. Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Wir konnten Nachbarn oben leider nicht überhören. Schade, aber die "Mängel" könnten sehr schnell und mit wenig Aufwand behoben werden

I cuscini on Memory foam dopo una giornata a camminare sotto il sole aiutano a riposare. Il guardino esterno per un po di fresco e relax , era aprile.

Il parcheggio è scomodo specie se la vettura è lunga.

This nice apartment is spacious and comfortable for 4 adults; quite well equipped and in a quiet area but within 10-15 min walk from central attractions, shops, restaurants, etc. It was easy to communicate with the owner, who also provided us with good recommendations for local restaurants. We visited in winter, so we didn't use it - but there is also a nice little private garden with table and chairs.

Parking is a bit tricky due to the terrain, but that's just a fact - can't be helped; and the owner provided thorough instruction about the access. It would be good to have a mirror in bedrooms to avoid the queue for the one in the bathroom. And definitely - not a complaint but a polite request to all Italian hosts - please provide some large tea mugs for your international guests!
