Joli studio tt équipé et très très propre, superbe cuisine où il ne manque rien. De petites attentions étaient présentes (eau fraîche, dosettes café, sucre, biscuits, produits douche etc...)
Proche de la mer et des commerces.
Résidences sécurisées, personnel accueillant très réactif.
Accès parking.
Le climatiseur (très utile) juste à côté du BZ trop bruyant, une vrai clim serait un plus pour ce joli studio.
