Daire temiz ve konforluydu.Konumu iyiydi, gezilecek noktalara ve göle yürüme mesafesindeydi. Victorianın iletişimi güzeldi mesajlara çok hızlı dönüş yaptı ve ilgiliydi.(Otoparkı olması da büyük avantaj çünkü şehirde otopark sıkıntısı var ve ücretler çok yüksek.) Ayrıca bebeğimiz için beşik temin edilmesi de güzeldi.
Daire biraz soğuktu yatak odasını ısıtmak zor oldu (salonda olduğu gibi bir klima olsa hiç fena olmazdı) Asansör çok eski olduğu için biraz ürkütücüydü.
