Kitchen was among the best equiped we've ever had. Coffee, tea, candies/cookies for welcome; enough cleaning and toilette/bathroom products. Bed perfect. Location excellent (next to kindergarten, but the sound isolation is so good that we didn't hear a sound). Outdoor surface very good (unfortunately not used much due to wind and cold - but that was obviously something host can do nothing about). The Booking pictures show the reality.
Most of equipement is modern, however being members of older generation we didn't manage to use some of them, partially (TV, heating) or completely (coffee-machine - believe or not), because no instructions are available. (This experience with Samsung TV, first ever, made me understand why my son always warned me not to buy any ever.) The parking place exists, literally 5 meters from the entrance, but don't be fooled by free places shown on Google Street View - as it is next to kindergarten in some parts of the day you'll be lucky to find any, and if there are special events there most of the day you can leave all hope till the night falls. However, if you can handle modern equipement and go for walks, or even beter make bike tours instead of moving your car you can hardly find any objections to this appartement.

Sehr unkompliziertes Einchecken, klare Anweisungen, hübsches Apartment mit ausreichender Ausstattung um ein leckeres Essen zu kochen.
Super praktisch für mich mit Fahrrad: ich konnte dieses beim Eingang/Terrasse wunderbar parkieren.
Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: ich fand es hatte einen leichten Geruch (allenfalls hat man jmd dort geraucht..?) und es waren irgendwelche Luftbefeuchter oder Geruchsprays aktiv. Nachts war das dann ein wenig störend. Also Oropax einpacken!😁

Čist i uredan mali apatman..ima sve šta vam treba.. super udoban krevet.. domaćini su nam ostavili sokove u frižideru i grickalice.. kavu za ujutro..parking je odma nasuprot smještaja.. topla preporuka od nas.

Perfect little Bungalow in the quiet Part of Otacac. Easy entrance with key safe.
All the small details, a lot of different snacks, a few cooled prepared drinks, good working AC Unit, comfortable bed and fully stocked kitchen.
