The place is good with a nice and equipped kitchen. Best part is walking distance to artikum and the river kemijoki. The public transport is accessible close to the place.

The property was exceptionally well kept and gave a cozy, home-like feeling. I really appreciated the self check-in, which made everything very convenient. The prices were also very reasonable, especially during peak aurora season in Finland. The bathroom was clean and even had a hand shower such a nice touch! The kitchen was fully equipped, and I had everything I needed during my stay. The people were very friendly, and I met some lovely travelers there. Everything was well organized, and I felt extremely safe throughout my stay. I accidentally forgot my AirPods on the bed after checkout, and they were kind enough to send them to me via courier I truly appreciated that gesture and most place wouldn’t even have cared. The owner kept in touch with me throughout and was very kind. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s also within walking distance of everything in Rovaniemi, including the riverside, bus stops, shopping centres, restaurants, and the city centre.

It has all equipments. There is a kitchen that has everything you need. There is also a living room with a TV and a comfortable sofa. There are many showering rooms and bathrooms. During winter, the backyard is filled with thick layers of snow so you can have all sorts of fun there with snow. The location is near the city center so you can visit the market easily
There is a problem with the room’s door handle. I couldn’t open it simply by levering the handle up or down, but had to push or pull it inward or outward as well. The water is weak during showers when many people are showering at the same time, but it’s understandable. The location is far from the Santa Claus Village, but can’t blame the location if you choose cheap price.
