Location was excellent and parking was great. Warm and clean in the bathrooms

The main carpet could have been cleaner. The helix windows were covered with seagull poo. (Had to close blind). Hive heating thermostat not working. But managed to find sensor and switch on. Main kitchen sink was blogging affecting the sink and dishwasher.

When we first arrived the apartment wasn’t ready for us not cleaned evidence of previous occupants was upset but got in touch with customer service and was dealt with the situation promptly overall stay was good after the initial start of our holiday
