This beautiful, detached villa offers you complete privacy and tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is located on a large plot with no neighbours, surrounded only by beautiful, unspoilt nature. You can enjoy complete peace and quiet and the beautiful view. Ideal for large groups. The 5 air-conditioned luxury bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms guarantee you a comfortable holiday. Outside, a beautiful covered dining area with barbecue awaits you.
You can relax by the large private pool with waterfall massage surrounded by a well-tended herb garden. Other activities include football goals, 6 bicycles, a table tennis table, a Play Station 5 and a sauna.
This beautiful villa is located just 4 km from Visnjan, a municipality in Istria, 12 km east of Porec. This picturesque town of Visnjan is home to an astronomical observatory that offers several long-term international summer youth programmes in astronomy, archaeology and marine biology, among others. Visnjan is also known for olive and wine growing and is one of the areas that is home to the last autochthonous Istrian Boskarin cattle. There are bars, good restaurants and grocery shops in Visnjan. We would like to recommend the Borgonia restaurant. The tourist attractions of Opatija, Rovinj, Pula, Trieste, Koper, Piran, Portoroz, Umag and Novigrad can be reached in less than an hour, so you have the choice of meditating surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, tasting Istrian eco-gastronomic delicacies or enjoying the surroundings.
