About this house rental
This newly built, light filled, contemporary home is situated on 2 gated acres. Located behind a coded gate and just 10 minutes from the Sonoma Square. This location boasts lush grounds, including redwoods, an oak grove, and resort style pool/spa.
The house occupies 3,000+ square feet with 3 bedrooms, all providing King beds, and 2.5 bathrooms. The 3 upstairs bedrooms each have a view of the pool. The Master bedroom has a 12 foot ceiling and it's own private showers and toilet. The 2 guest bedrooms share a large bathroom with double sinks and large shower and tub.
The downstairs shines with 20 foot ceilings, a gas tunnel fire place, living room and entertainment room. The entertainment room includes comfortable seating options and a 65 inch smart TV that streams YouTube TV and just about any streaming app you can imagine. There is also a Peleton bike and light weights available on the oppostie side of the room.
The kitchen is one of the highlights with a large square marble island that can easily seat six. There is also a large dinning table that can seat 8-10. The kitchen is fully stocked with top of the line cookware, knives, plates, utensils, glasses, 2 ovens, and an 8 top Thermador gas range
A collapsable glass wall leads out to a large grass yard and a welcoming pool and spa. When not enjoying the pool, perhaps pick your own lettuces and vegetables for a healthy organic lunch or dinner. As the evening winds down, circle around the fire (both indoor and outdoor) to share stories and create some new memories. 1 hour from San Francisco, and a 10 minute drive to Sonoma square, expirence the heart of the Sonoma Valley. Hiking, biking, wine tasting, and restraunts are all easily available. 30-Day Rental Minimum.
