Welcome to Lyndale Wing! Our fully remodeled house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Elk Grove conveniently located near shopping, entertainment, parks, walking trails, and more. Our home can accommodate up to 6 guests with comfortable beds and lots of pillows. It also has a lot of entertainment: Swimming, Hot Tub, Games, and a Foosball Table. The Kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, blender, air fryer, toaster, waffle maker, and more. It would be a great place to be if you are traveling for business, sightseeing, or just traveling and passing through. You will find our fully furnished place perfect for families and friends or that individual who just needs a getaway. This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and features a private pool and a private hot tub with a large patio area with lounge chairs, tables, and more. The pool is refreshing on a hot day and the hot tub is hot 24 hours a day. The family room and the master bedroom have smart TVs where you can stream all your favorite TV shows. This house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood which is located between Hwy 5 & 99 with close access to major stores.

Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.

✔ The pool is a vinyl liner - There are NO sharp objects or glass outside in the pool area. Only plastic drink cups are allowed. There is no diving or running around the pool area. The pool is shallow and 6 feet at the deepest area.

✔ Pool does have a fence for safety and the hot tub cover is locked down for safety and weather prevention.

✔ Top-load washer/front-load dryer available for guests to use, we provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

✔ The master room has a private bath and a large walk-in closet.

× There is noise from the pool pump it is on a timer working 24/7
x To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees.
x The Gardner comes every weekend and the gate to the back yard will be unlocked so the gardener can access the yard.
x The pest control comes every month.
x The fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.
x The first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink.
