This recently renovated unit has a magnificent view of the intercoastal waterway. It has a fully equipped kitchen and TVs in bedroom and living room. The building has a well equipped gym and laundry room and wonderful, helpful staff. Steps to beach, shopping, water taxis, and Sun trolley to restaurants, Las Olas, and more. Great location. Don't even need car! In case you need or want anything else, the beautiful Galleria mall is a short walk or trolley ride away! Seven day rental. By phone
