With a comfortable double IKEA sofa bed, including memory foam topper, Flat 4 is great for lone travelers or the budget savvy looking for a clean and pleasant place to sleep while on their trip to Edinburgh.
With a Subcold fridge, Smart TV, Personal Wi-Fi and tea/coffee making facilities, you're sure to feel comfortable and rested no matter how hectic your schedule is.
Complete with luxury shower room fittings, including rain shower, you will be as comfortable as can be in this snug, little living space.

Our third property, Apartment 3, known as the Family or Group Apartment, provides spacious accommodation across 56 square metres (about 603 square feet). It features a private, enclosed bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, offering a peaceful retreat for parents or couples. Adjacent is an alcove or secondary sleeping area with two bunk beds, capable of sleeping up to four additional guests. The versatile layout makes this apartment ideal for families or groups seeking a generous and adaptable living space that caters to different needs.

The place is clean, in a quiet area and a walking distance (25 minutes) to the city centre although there is a bus that takes you there if you do not want to walk.
There is a Lidl and a Tesco just a five minutes walk. There are several pubs and cafes around.
The room was clean and has everything you need.
If I go to Edinburgh again I will definitely look for this accomodation.
