This family vacation home offers all modern comforts. It is located in Boulogne-sur-Mer, 600 meters from the beach and Nausicaa (Centre National de la Mer: 4 hours of total family immersion in the heart of the Ocean).
The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional facilities include Wi-Fi for video calls, a 140 cm flat-screen TV, fans and a washing machine. A cot and high chair are also available. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with an open-air terrace and barbecue.
The property benefits from a central location less than 600 m from numerous shops, including a mini-market and a Carrefour supermarket at the Centre Commercial de la Liane +- 900 m away. A pharmacy, PMU bar, grocery store and bus stop are less than 150 m away.
