Welcome to our beautiful home in one of Buffalo’s safest and most charming neighborhoods! Nestled in the heart of the historic Elmwood Village, The Rosella, is a premier VRBO destination. Our meticulously maintained and updated home retains the charm and warmth that the area is known for. Perfect for large and small parties alike, this two-story property features two separate floors with optional separate entrances depending on traveler’s unique situations and/or preferences.

• 2 Full Baths: Modern and clean facilities for your comfort. Some toiletries provided.
• Private Parking: Enjoy the convenience of a shared driveway with parking for 2 vehicles as well as free street parking.
• Washer & Dryer: Available in the basement for guest use.
• Covered Front Porches: Each floor offers its own covered porch/balcony with comfortable seating to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings, a glass of wine at night, or experience our annual porch-fest if you are lucky enough to stay with us in May to kick off the best of our summer season.

The house is warm and cozy with lovely decor, comfortable beds and plenty of space. The lower unit has a ping pong table on a porch area reached through the bedrooms. Both units have a large living room and ad dining area. The house is in walking distance to Elmwood restaurant area.

My siblings and I rented both levels this house to visit our sister and it was perfect. The area was very walkable with several dining options nearby.

We are a group of 5-6, depending on the year of 2 dads and their boys, who have been coming for a Bills trip from Ottawa the last 20 years. This was the best VRBO yet and we will be looking to book again next year! Go Bills!!
