Detached and new house with swimming pool, for 2-3 or 4 people, not overlooked.
Private parking 5m X 3m adjoining. Possibility of a second free parking.
With an area of 85 m2, facing south, sunny, this house mixing Provencal charm and contemporary, offers:
On the Ground Floor a bright and large living room with living room, TV with foreign channels, Dining room, Open kitchen fully equipped with:
- Evier, and Washing Machine the Dishes,
- Induction plate with integrated hood,
- Oven, microwave,
- Air Fryer Ninja,
- Refrigerator with drawers Freezer,
- Expresso machine, Kettle, Lemon or orange press, Toaster.
The worktop is equipped with a WIFI socket.
In the terraced laundry, washing machine the linen, and toilet with window.
- Clothes floor in Linge outside.
The living room opens onto a tiled terrace with swimming pool, garden table and armchairs, Parasol, electric plancha, Sunbathing.
Upstairs, by a beautiful staircase you will access 2 spacious and comfortable rooms facing south and equipped:

We had a very pleasant week in the beautiful town, and enjoyed our stay in Michelle's welcoming home. The beds were very comfortable, and we were able to plug in our electric car which was a huge bonus!

The house is new and sparkling. The equipment is easy to work (ac, washing machine, and even an air fryer). The host is welcoming and most helpful. The location is quiet, but a fairly long walk to town center. We highly recommend!

Excellent property in a great location. Quiet and well set up. Great response from owner and very attentive to our needs. Would definitely refer to other people looking to stay in St. Remy
