Charming Studio 30A, Seacrest! Walk to Rosemary! Free Private Beach Access!

The location of this studio couldn't have been better. You can walk everywhere you want to go. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Getting to the beach was simple and you can walk or take the tram. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. We got all information needed prior to check in, but when the 3pm check in time came, I still didn't have the door code and had to call the owner. Luckily she answered and gave the door code, but I didn't get via email until hours after check in time. Other than that, great stay, excellent location.

Location is ideal and we walked everywhere, up to Inlet Beach (shops and dining) to Alys Beach. The building we were located in at the The Village was in the back but still convenient and close to the pool. Arrival details could have included clearer directions to the beach access because we had to ask a security guard where we should go (using our wristbands). Accommodations are what you see in the photo. It worked for us as a couple since we were always out exploring, at the beach or at dinner. The interior of the building is older but everything worked. The unit could use a few upgrades but the basics are there to get you through. Pleased to see they had two beach chairs if needed but we used La Dolce Vita and rented chairs and an umbrella. Host was always quick to respond and we had a lot of questions because our unit was sold to the current host after we booked. Host also gave us the check in details early and we were able to get in earlier than 3pm. Overall, you can’t the beat the location and host was accommodating.
