In the 48 m² 2-room flat you will find peace and quiet, everything that belongs to a relaxing holiday. On the sunny south-west-facing balcony, equipped with a high-quality gas grill, you have a wonderful view of the Rosenkranzhöhe and the surrounding mountains. Conjure up a delicious menu in the brand-new kitchen. Tasty drinking water comes from our own well and in the cosy living room you can cosy up by the rustic fireplace on sheepskins with a good bottle of wine.

New: If you arrive by electric car, you can use the charging station of Konradgut 11 (100m away). It is equipped with a type-2 plug and has a maximum charging capacity of 16kW AC (45 cents per 1kWh).
