Apartment 'Fregene Tiny House Close To The Sea' with Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The apartment “Fregene Tiny House Close To The Sea” is located 400 meters from the beach, in an area with bars, tobacco shop and restaurants. Ideal for couples or families, it is on the first floor (no elevator), measures 38 m² and consists of a living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom with shower. It can accommodate up to 3 people.



You have a private sun terrace for exclusive use, equipped with outdoor shower, table, loungers and sofa. From May to October, a heated whirlpool in the garden is also available. The garden is not for guest use, but only as a passage to reach the whirlpool during your reserved time slot. Use of the whirlpool is limited to 2 hours per day, by reservation, to ensure privacy and optimal temperature. In spring and autumn, evening temperature may not always be guaranteed due to exposure.



Included amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, smart TV, two bicycles available on request with 24 hours' notice. Washing machine and dryer are available only for stays longer than 3 nights, upon request. Public street parking is available.



Two small dogs live on the property. Smoking, pets and parties are not allowed. The apartment is not recommended for children under 10 years old for safety reasons. Cameras and audio devices are present on site.



Sustainable property: electricity from photovoltaic panels, insulation with eco-friendly materials, water and energy saving devices. Waste separation is required: for stays longer than 3 days, instructions will be provided; for shorter stays, please leave waste already separated.
