About this house rental

The space has all the modern creature comforts such as Wi-Fi, multiple smart TV’s, and a coffee machine.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is space to accommodate 5 people comfortably.
The house is the perfect home from home for families, hikers, bikers tourists or contractors. Unrestricted road parking is available along the street outside the house.
We will be able to offer assistance, if needed throughout your stay. As our house keeper is very local

The house makes a great family holiday home with the Best Views. The space has been recently refurbished throughout to a high standard with comfort in mind.
The house has been set up to host and entertain you with all the modern creature comforts.
Hi speed Wi-Fi internet is available and the TV’s in the living room and bedrooms are SMART so feel free to login to all of your favourite streaming apps.
Downstairs is spacious with an open plan dinning and living area which flows through into the kitchen. The space also includes a 50inch Smart TV, downstairs cloakroom for convienience and Dedicated Workspace.
A fully equipped kitchen awaits to include features such as a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a variety of complimentary Nescafé pods for the coffee connoisseurs in your group. Complimentary Tea bags are also provided.
The kitchen leads out to the quirky 3 tiered garden which is ideal for outside dining and BBQ whilst taking in the unique views Clydach Vale has to offer.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with both bath and shower options. There is space to accommodate 5 people comfortably.
In an effort to settle our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment, this means there are no feathers, down or fixed carpets.
The bedrooms have been set up with ‘Cosy’ in mind and allow for you to leave your troubles behind and experience peace and happiness. Be prepared for plush blankets and cuddle worthy pillows.
The back of house double bedroom features a walkout balcony equipped with table and chairs, an ideal space for taking in hilltop views over a morning coffee or stargazing over a glass of wine. There is also a Smart TV.
The front of house double room contains a comfy double bed and Smart TV, whilst bedroom 3 contains a snug single bed.
All the bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes/ample storage, night lamps for reading as well as ambiance, and black out blinds for privacy.

Lovely few days with our family whilst house hunting. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfy sofas to chill in after our busy days. Only downside was the bed in the back double needs replacing as hard with springs digging into you. I did let the owner know and hopefully this will be sorted. Lovely rental all in all.

Nice, clean with easy instructions from the property host.The area itself is quite and rural with a nice walking path behind the property.The one negative is the fact that the takeout options are so so but that is personal preference.Depending on where you want to go in Cardiff it, it can take between 30 and
