A charming well appointed cottage in a great location! Great food, ships entertainment all an easy walk. Lovely front porch and back deck for relaxing. House was very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend!

We both felt at home, and were impressed with the cleanliness and the lovely decor of the Historic Home. We would definitely want to stay again. It was walking distance from the downtown area which we enjoyed very much

We had a short but sweet stay in this home when picking up my daughter from summer camp. Check in/Check out was super easy, property manager was communicative and easy to reach, location was walking distance to downtown Brevard as well as several restaurants and coffee shops, house was clean/comfortable/well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.
