About this house rental
In the commune of Valsemé, we offer this charming 25 m² semi-detached house for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. You'll also enjoy a garden of around 6,000 m²! Wifi included, we're waiting for you! (Bed linen and towels are not included)
The accommodation comprises
- A 14 m² living room with a double sofa bed, dining area and TV.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and wardrobe
- A shower room with shower and WC
Outside area :
- A beautiful private garden of 6,000 m² with a fenced plot, table and chairs
- An enclosed 40 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather
- Petanque pitch close to the property
The house is ideally located in Valsemé, just 10 km from the picturesque Normandy coast, offering a peaceful and extremely pleasant setting. Its proximity to Deauville and Trouville means you can enjoy the seaside experience of the former while discovering the authenticity of the latter. You'll also have all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Activities :
- Enjoy unforgettable horse-riding sessions.
- Go jogging along the picturesque footpaths.
- Discover the region by bike at your own pace.
- Relax on the region's magnificent beaches (20 minutes away by car).
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).

- Nearest train station: Villers-sur-Mer, about 15 km away (17 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen, about 51 km away (46 min by car)
- We recommend that you use your car to make the most of your stay!
