About this house rental
Welcome to Doussard!
Set in a quiet location, just a few hundred metres from the lake, discover a modern semi-detached house with a garden.
Ideal for 8 people, this fully equipped house is perfect for your family holiday on the shores of Lake Annecy.
You can reach Doussard’s municipal beach in 2–3 minutes by car, and Angon beach in 5 minutes.
Close to the Bout du Lac nature reserve for your post-meal strolls!
The cycle path is also just a few hundred metres away.
The accommodation:
The ground floor comprises the living room, opening onto a large, fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, a separate toilet and a small garage, ideal for storing your bikes or a small car.
Upstairs you will find the 4 bedrooms, all fitted with 160cm beds and storage space. (One of them has its own shower room), a separate toilet and a bathroom.
You can park two cars in front of the house, and there is also a communal car park 100m from the house.
Television and high-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Bed linen and towels will be provided for your stay.
This is a non-smoking property; pets are not permitted.
Check-in is available daily from 4 pm to 9 pm.
If you arrive after 9 pm and cannot arrange to check in independently, a surcharge of €20 will apply.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we would be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. This can only be confirmed the day before your arrival.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening.
