About this apartment rental

The beach holiday flat is located on the ground floor in a relaxing, sunny location at the end of a residential street directly on the lake. On the lake side you have a terrace and a small, cosy garden with trees that provide pleasant shade in summer. The garden is equipped with garden furniture and two deckchairs to enjoy the sun. A gate leads directly to the lakeside path, which takes you a few metres to the beach. Here you can enjoy the lake and mountain panorama and spend your days relaxing by the lake.

The bright and friendly flat is open-plan on the lake side with plenty of natural light and large windows in the dining area facing the lake and with light-coloured stone and tiled floors.

The entrance to the flat is to the side and leads into a small hallway. From here you reach the living area with sofa and TV with international channels as well as the open-plan kitchen with dining table facing the lake. The kitchen is bright and friendly with a large window front overlooking the lake and access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has an attractive high dining counter.

On the mountain side, the hallway leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The double bedroom has a large window with lake views. The twin bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a large wardrobe. One of the bathrooms has a shower, washbasin and WC and the other bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine.

The gate to the lake leads to the lakeside path with beaches and numerous bathing opportunities. The location is also ideal for leaving the car behind. There is a supermarket and restaurants about 150 metres away.

The landlord family Fausto lives on the upper floor and is obliging and easy to reach. The garden is little used by the landlord and you will mostly enjoy privacy. On the neighbouring property is the Papepp holiday home, which can also be rented, ideal for a holiday with friends.

There are several public parking spaces in the neighbourhood.

It is not possible to charge electric cars at the residence. Nearest public e-car charging station approx. 50 metres away.

The location, with the garden overlooking Lake Como, was amazing. The house was good, but one bedroom did not have daylight.
