I had a really pleasant stay at The ARK Wembley. The staff were extremely cooperative, warm, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. Cleanliness is a personal priority for me, and I was genuinely impressed with how well-maintained everything was.
The location is great and overall it felt like a very smooth and relaxing stay. That said, slightly more flexible pricing would make it even easier to book more often. But overall, a lovely place .

Stayed one night for a football game at Wembley, perfect location and with the facilities of the hotel I would recommend for individual, couples and groups. Good rooftop and and would be perfect to enjoy with a BYO in the summer. 🍷

The hotel seemed like it was actually a student accommodation building. For the price paid on New Year's Eve for ***, the room should have been a lot cleaner. It was layered in dust, every surface had crazy amounts of dust, including the main tables. The kitchen bench had stains on the material, the shower head was built up with grime, and the shower door was covered in limescale. There was also a picture or painting missing from the room however the brackets were still in place. The floor was covered in dirt and dust too, to a point where I had to take off my socks before sitting on the bed, which also had a load of dust on it. Throughout the night and at all hours of the morning, there was constant noise; slamming of doors, people talking, foot steps, and the A/C had a kind of it's own (constantly roaring at random points of the night although it was turned off).
Aside from that, the room was fairly small yet cosy, and the TV was a good size.
