- Great location - very central, next to very nice big park with playground, but still very quiet
- Very responsive host!
- Reasonably priced for the area
- Upstairs is quite warm, even in late May; host provides a fan but it's still very warm for sleeping as we cannot keep skylight windows open in case of rain and mosquitos
- No living room
- Building upkeep can be better (looks like it is undergoing some renovation right now so may be it'll improve)

Location is excellent. The host communicated so well and responsive. They allowed late check out which made life very easy for us.
