it’s a very nice spacious villa that was well suited for 5 of us staying there with a beautiful garden and nice swimming pool and porch area. it’s a little way out of central ubud but we’re quite enjoyed that aspect and it’s very easy to get there on a grab. the staff are very attentive and always helped in any way they could
the house does miss some basic essentials such as having enough cutlery as well as a lot of things not working eg. the water dispenser would stop working a lot or the gas for the kitchen stove. additionally if the air con was left on for more than a couple hours then the walls (especially in one of the upstairs bedrooms) leaks brown water and gets on the floor and is not a nice smell.

For a group of friends, it is 100% worth it. The place has lots of space and you can use the pool anytime. We didn't need to cook, so we barely used the kitchen. They have hot water.
The big bonus for us was the friendly hosts who helped us finding a driver at very good price. The hosts were attentive and responsive all time and they offered cleaning service for the house. We felt taken care while staying with them.

Personal freundlich, Klimaanlage und Ventilator sehr gut, ausreichend Handtücher, tägliche Reinigung, hilfsbereit
Pool nicht privat und keine Beleuchtung, extrem viele ungesicherte Treppen (nicht für Kinder) bis zur Unterkunft, für meine Knie nicht ideal, extrem viele Ameisen auch im Bett
