We had a pleasant one-night stay at Loch Ness Guest House. The room was clean, cozy, and excellent value for money. The location is perfect—right in front of the canal, and just a short 10-minute walk to the Loch Ness lake viewpoint and the charming small town area.
If you’re driving, note that Google Maps will lead you to the front of the building where you can park on the right side for check-in. Afterward, the friendly and helpful staff will guide you to the parking area behind the property. Overall, a comfortable stay with warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Shops and restaurants close early. We arrived later and only one restaurant was still open to get food. Other than that our stay was comfortable and the views were amazing.

Not impressed. No reception. Forced to make an international phone call to mgr, who was impolite and unfriendly... as if we had disturbed him. Room was tiny, with thin walls, and a kettle that had gunk at the bottom of it. We had to put up with flood lights next to our window all night n as there were no black out curtains, only blinds that did not keep out the light.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful hotel in great location overlooking the Loch. Situated in a lovely little town, staff were friendly and food in cafe downstairs was great. Highly recommend.
