Breakfast needs more choice especially the fruit, the pears were hard as rock, no bananas, no fruit salad. No beans for ages, they need to keep an eye on the hotplates. Invest in a coffee machine so there's a variety. Maybe also a bell at the downstairs bar.

Staff friendly nice location and room fine.
One gripe is that the breakfast is a rip off at price charged not a great standard. Need to get a new supplier for the sausages (terrible ).
We also had the festive afternoon tea which was below satisfactory.

Only stayed one night so didnt use any facilities. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was excellent. No one on reception when we arrived but we did get a lovely apology.
