Hotel in good location. Short walk into centre. Public transport close by. Rooms bright and comfortable. Good bathroom with excellent shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast- good selection of hot and cold food and drinks.

Room overall very good. Slight issues with the room. Shower door leaked which resulted in a wet bathroom floor. One of the plug sockets at the desk didn’t work.
Nice touches having a blackout blind on windows and mulled wine in reception

this hotel is a true gem in Basel. It’s convenient to the old historic city and close to the train station. The rooms are wonderfully designed very clean and modern. The staff was excellent and helpful.
