What stood out for us was the staff, Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The staff went above and beyond in every way to ensure we had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making us feel welcome and comfortable.

The staff here are amazing and the setting is beautiful and tranquil. The rooms are spacious snd very clean.
The only setback would be that it is a bit of a walk/drive to Ubud. You can catch a shuttle from the hotel or a Grab which is very inexpensive.

The resort is set in beautiful grounds, with the added bonus of a small on-site 'farm' and rice paddy - which is fascinating. Staff are friendly and helpful - however - both our check-in and check-out experience was not good - in fact was unprofessional and definitely compromised our stay. The pool villa we had was a bit dated, and there were a few issues with doors and taps, water pressure is inadequate for a supposedly 5* resort; - the wardrobe is way too small - not even enough for a single person. The shuttle service is welcome, but a bit restrictive - only 3 times a day and no evening visits after 5pm. Ubud traffic is horrendous - the resort is 3 km from Ubud but a taxi at 7pm would take 30 minutes. Outside the hotel there is a walkable shop and a few restaurants - but these are not as good as the hotel food and the roughly the same price. Both hotel restaurants are really good - but we were often the only ones in them. Overall a nice place to stay, but not good value and overpriced.
